Websites, e-commerce and development
Website packages, including WebGo and WebPlus, are subject to the selected package scope, quote, content and timely client approvals. “Under 14 days” is a stated delivery target for standard website work measured once required payment, materials and access are received, unless a quote states a different schedule. E-commerce integrations depend on third-party payment gateways and other providers; provider approval, availability, transaction processing, fees and settlement are not controlled by TheWebStore. Custom development is scoped for each project and depends on the agreed requirements, technical compatibility and access to relevant systems.
Marketing, SEO and design
Advertising budget is not the same as a management fee or creative fee. Your quote will identify how budget is allocated and what is included. Platform spend, payment processing, paid extensions, stock content and external service charges may be additional. Design samples, mock-ups and projections are illustrative until approved. You are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of the claims and materials used to promote your business.
Managed hosting and independent providers
Where TheWebStore provides managed hosting, hosting infrastructure is supplied by an independent third-party provider. TheWebStore may administer or coordinate the hosting service but does not own or control the provider’s data centres, networks, hardware, upstream connectivity or independent operations. Outages, maintenance, attacks, security incidents, technical failures or policy changes at the provider or its upstream suppliers may affect availability or data.
TheWebStore is not responsible for a loss caused directly by an independent provider’s act or omission to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not remove responsibility for TheWebStore’s own acts or omissions, or any non-excludable duty or consumer right. We will take reasonable steps within our role to communicate and assist with provider-related incidents. Hosting and backups reduce risk but cannot eliminate it; clients should retain their own copies of essential content and records.
